The issue is the unconstitutionality of Texas’s Online Impersonation statute, section 33.07(a) of the Texas Penal Code. The Amarillo Court has always given me a fair shake before, and Chief Justice Quinn, one of my favorite appellate judges, is on the panel, and we are right, so I like our chances.
