We formed FAFOrg to pay filing fees and printing costs for pro bono free-speech petitions for writ of certiorari. Basically, the cost of following Rule 33.1 is an obstacle to a pro bono lawyer seeking review of an erroneous state-court decision in the Supreme Court; we are removing that obstacle by funding the fight.
